OFT10-101 Single stage pressure jet servicing & commissioning
The vast majority of household boilers fall under this category, with the course covering a number of areas such as legislation and requirements, health and safety, knowledge of oil supply and storage, knowledge of appliance installation, safe electrical isolation, fire valve installation, and practical servicing and commissioning. (Approximate completion time of up to 3 days including assessment).
OFT10-105E Installation of oil & bio-liquid fuelled fixed combustion appliances & systems
This course is for technicians who are wanting to be accredited to install oil-fired appliances – also covering similar aspects to OFT10-101. (Approximate completion time is up to 3 days including assessment).
OFT10-600a Domestic & Non-Domestic Oil Storage & Supply connected to a fixed combustion appliance
Allows certification for those wishing to install oil tanks and associated equipment and pipework – also covering similar aspects to OFT10-101. (Approximate completion time is 1 day including assessment).
Entry Requirements: Learners must already hold their ACS qualifications or equivalent.
